[pp.int.general] PP Berlin polling at 14 (fourteen) per cent

Ryan, the last elections were in September, the next wil be on 4.5 years,
so it's not even close to 'mid' Term ;-)

(This is the Berlin regional/State/Bundesland parliament). We have regional
elections in two other states this spring however, with the parties polling
at around 5% (remember, we have a 5% threshold for most elections in
Germany)
