EXTRADITION, not copyright. Two VERY different things.
In the UK we had 'the great train robbery' in the 60s. Most of them fled
to Brazil. Armed robbery is a crime there, yes, but some COULD NOT BE
EXTRADICTED, because of laws in Brazil.

If you can't extradite then there's no point spending the time on it. I
don't know swiss extradiction laws, maybe Denis can provide them.

Considering they have a big name fronting it, with good ties to the
established industry, it could well be the straw that broke the camels
back (or the snowball that starts the avalanche if you prefer)

I'm sure 'investigations' have been ongoing for some time, for all, at
least at a low level. The megasong was ouit on December 9, the grand
jury indictment was handed down Jan 5, That's a workable timetable in
reality.

Sarcasm ill suits you, Christian. It doesn't matter what people thing or
assume. Presumption of innocence is what the state is *REQUIRED* to
follow. In fact, not following it makes it a bad trial, and can lead to
it being thrown out (and thus MADE innocent).

It seems you have a personal animosity to Kim Schmitt, which is
colouring your attitudes. We're all thinking about the facts of the
case, and the other parties, you're fixated on Kim, and are already
convinced that he's guilty (before he even goes to trial) and ignoring
everything else. The only reason I can see for that would be a personal
dislike of some kind.
