[pp.int.general] PPI board meeting today

Hi Anouk and other interested!

I noticed this lack of description for Mumble when creating a meeting room
for the international news team. A simple description of Mumble can now be
found at http://wiki.pp-international.net/Mumble

I suggest that someone that knows a bit more expands a bit on this by
adding screenshots and maybe more details.
Today the lack of description on Mumble or where to find info about it on
the board meeting page effectively acts as a barrier  to the PPI board
meetings.
