I think the voting was scheduled prior to the defeat in the EU
Parliament. And still, the agreement must be ratified by the Mexican
Senate and, if I recall it correctly, they did reject the treaty some
months ago. Now they have another reason to reject it, since after the
EUParliament defeat, the ACTA is pretty much death (it can return as a
zombie, I know, but now is agonising)
