[pp.int.general] the belgian pirate party needs your help

Hi Kenneth

It's exactly the same thing. In fact we have two possibilities: having
signatures from other deputees or from citizens. We were contacted from
other parties but we want to go trough citizens. Unfortunately that
official paper does not exist yet.

I'm translating what I wrote yesterday about it and come back to you.
