[pp.int.general] the belgian pirate party needs your help

I can help although the tech is not currently available. It was under
Google App Engine so the cost of running it nowadays would be too high.
BTW, is it a new condition or it existed before? I think that YoAvalo's
success was, partially, due it was a new condition.
Anyway, it will be funny to troll another country's stablishment!
