Says who?

I know for 'wiretapping' (basically audio recording) some states are
all-party/two party consent states, but they're superseded if it leaves
that state by federal single-party law.

As for posting emails, I've done it a lot, never been sued. As far as
I'm aware, the US is, like Finland and Sweden, a single-party consent
place for publishing writing.
