[pp.int.general] Upcoming elections in Germany

I have very mixed feelings about this as well. It either means I will
finish my thesis quickly or very very late oO.

The best commercial for the pirates of NRW and S-H would of course be
making it into the Saarland parliament, and you guys do more to reach that
goal than I ever could, so I know, and thanks!
