Perhaps the most dangerous of the 301 report is the part relating to
pharmaceutical patents:

"We will try to chat with an expert of corruption in Argentina to find out
what pressures come with that.
as well as unauthorized disclosure, of test and other data generated to
obtain marketing approval for pharmaceutical products, and to provide an
effective system to address patent issues expeditiously in connection with
applications to market pharmaceutical products."
