[pp.int.general] Is Liquid Feedback still being developed?

I strongly assume that it is developped further, as the district of
Friesland in Germany (~100k inhabitants) is now introducing LQFB where
the task for adaption was given to PSG according to the documentation.

Furthermore you can see that recently new versions have been released on the ML
