[pp.int.general] Dutch Constitution: Bogus?

Hey all,

I just wrote my most recent blog post now, which is about the very basics
of governance and democracy: The Constitution.
I got triggered to do some investigations into it due to a new
cybersecurity bill, proposed by the Dutch government. This bill clearly
violated some sections of the Dutch Constitution. And I discovered that the
only thing protecting us from a total dictatorship is the goodwill of
politicians (or worse, no single party being able to reach a full majority).

I invite anyone to try to disprove me. If anyone can disprove me, tell me
at the earliest, because these are quite some high claims to make (and I
don't want to make incorrect claims).
