[pp.int.general] free software video streaming (was: RMS public speech in Paris after the PP-EU conference)

Hello Richard,

There is a whole bunch of pirates (here in Greece, and I bet all around)
who want to see/listen to your speech in Paris.
How do you suggest that this will come to pass?
