i forgot to mention, any delegation made by the assembly is rotatory and
revokable.  it's a common provision by assembly democracy in case of
delegation and against accumulation of power or simply not meeting the
goals of the delegation itself (at least on my assemblies experience).

in fact we are just discussing how to comply with this in case of
winning seats, where we can't revoke a "delegate for congress", which
are bound by party/general assembly mandate.  but apparently you can
have a contract with the candidates (which are pasible of public
humiliation anyway, but ineffective in case of career politicians, he)
