That's what I said...this document has no legal validity it is only
recognized by 6 Countries

*"The World Service Authority website has scans of letters from six
countries (Burkina Faso
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burkina_Faso>,Ecuador<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecuador>
, Mauritania <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mauritania>,
Tanzania<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanzania>
, Togo <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Togo> and
Zambia<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zambia>
**) according legal recognition to the World Passports. These letters of
recognition are several decades old (e.g. 1954 for Ecuador, 1972 for
Burkina Faso) and reasonable doubt exists about today's effective
acceptancy."*

It has served for a terrorist to escape emprisonment in Italy

*"The World Passport came under increased international scrutiny in 1996,
after the hijacking <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maritime_hijacking> of
the MS Achille Lauro <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MS_Achille_Lauro>. In
the aftermath of the incident, one of the captured hijackers, Youssef Majed
al-Molqi<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Youssef_Majed_al-Molqi&action=edit&redlink=1>
**, escaped imprisonment in Italy and used a World Passport he acquired in
1988 to leave the country and travel to Spain before he was recaptured."*
*
*
The founder of that somber organization has already been arrested 20 times
for using that document

*"Many countries and territories have stated that they do not recognize the
World Passport because it is not issued by a competent government
authority, and thus does not meet the definition of a
passport<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Passport>
**. As a result, travelling on a World Passport has never been easy. By
1975, Garry Davis had already been imprisoned 20 times for his attempts to
cross international borders with nothing but a World Passport."*

>> WSA Issues World Passport to Edward Snowden Based Upon Article 13 (2) of
>> the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
>>
>> For Immediate Release: Sunday July 7, 2013
>>
>> Edward Snowden is an alleged National Security Agency whistleblower who
>> exposed the mass monitoring of United States citizens. Deprived of his
>> United States Passport, he is currently immobilized in a Moscow Airport
>> Transit Lounge with no ongoing ticket to any nation. This is a flagrant
>> violation of Article 13 (2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
>> which states the following: (Everyone has the right to leave any
>> country, including his own, and to return to his country.)
>>
>> The World Service Authority (WSA), a Washington D.C. corporation and
>> executive branch of the World Government of World Citizens, has issued
>> Mr. Snowden a World Passport so he can travel without limitation. 91
>> year old Garry Davis and founder of WSA proclaims: "This unprecedented
>> situation reveals dramatically the power of one individual versus the
>> nation-state system, while highlighting individual sovereignty. The fact
>> that Snowden is immobilized in a Moscow Airport Transit Lounge further
>> exposes the fiction of nation-state frontiers."
