[pp.int.general] Last GA proceedings

I think everyone made it's point on the matter and I suggest that anyone
from the *Spanish Pirate Parties* should refrain arguing on this point.

I suggest that should be redeemed by some INDEPENDENT body. Which one? I
don't know, maybe a group of external and independent Lawyers.
