[pp.int.general] Trade agreements, intellectual property and the pressures to poor countries

Yesterday the EU trade guy Karel de Gught gave a pressconference about
TAFTA
the Trans Atlantic Free Trade Agreement.
Off course according to him it is all positive for everybody. One
journalist
(i think of the EU observer) asked about the transparency of the
process.
according to the Gught being transparent would be bad negotiation
practice. No followup questions were asked.
