[pp.int.general] Pirate Parties International Conference Kazan 2013

Funny things are bound to happen... secrecy exceeds previous GA, nobody will know anything until last minute...

... and things will unfold in probably unexpected ways, like in Prague and post-prague.


Kazan and high participation hurdles (visa, fees,... ) may leave the GA accessible only to the few frequent travellers, little representative... and without legal quorum.


Silences are not Piratey :( .
