[pp.int.general] European Pirates' logo

this hurts, too bureaucratic

I dont see the idea behind PP EU.

Suggestions.

CALL FOR EUROPEAN PIRATES LOGO AND CORPORATE IDENTITY

 - explain why PP EU exist, has to be some exicitng stament, like
Pirates never gonna give you up etc. Mission / Vission thing (does
not have to be voted, this is just a copywrite thing - eye and soul
catcher. Maybe opening with a question can help.

REGULATION

This totally irelevant for the contest, can stay somewhere in the side
menu, not in invitation for the contest.

Suggestion: instead of regulation there should be a map opf Europe
accompanied by pirate signets (visuals)

Requirements:

very good job here! Consider chaning the format of what's being sad,
for instance

Avoid all requirements which are not necessary, name of the party is
irelevant as anyone can join and compete.

Legal:

By taking part in the selection process, designers refuse financial
compensation.

Suggestion: try to totally rephrase this, sounds really really bad.

Instead of this there should be a gallery (hopefully inspiring) to
what has been done before, from Wikicommons or elsewhere.
