It seems that the NSA the same spy agencie that use PRISM (and much
more) to spy the world have now the goal qualify as terrorist thus that
want to protect their privacy.

Il semblerait que la NSA, la même agence de service secret qui utilise
PRISM et bien d'autre artéfact, est pour but maintenant de qualifier de
terrorist les utlisateurs du réseau TOR.
