[pp.int.general] Fwd: [General] Textos reforma derecho autor para el PPI

Here in Argentina, an ONG is trying to write a new copyright law, because
our current law is old and does not contemplates new technologies. They
translated a Philippe Aigrain text and started from there. The ideas are
still on development, but we believe the 14 points make a really great
start, So we decided to share it with all of you so you can read it, use it
if wanted, and make comments.
