Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

	thus leaving things, the credibility and the debt of many European Countries not only are not destined to improve but are susceptible of a final precipice at the first downturn. Yet Europe, by performing the necessary steps, can return to being a continent of reference for the whole world, by becoming, in a completely legal, peaceful and civil way, the new, larger, coveted and tidy tax haven on the Earth, for the benefit of European and foreign people.


	We urgently need to:

1) empty the Public Functions of the various Countries from all those figures, accumulated in more than sixty years of widespread (legal and illegal) corruption, undertaken to satisfy a criminal pact of electoral exchange;

2) refocus the European Public Functions on the production of concrete goods, freeing them from the despotic purposes inherited from the times of tyranny, from unjustified, harassing continuous controls on the population.

By re-formulating the healthcare entities on the human health, no longer on the wholesale supply of medicines and analysis, by spreading the knowledge of a basic medicine to promote self-care and self-healing, by supporting public services with a civic volunteering, by putting a roof to pensions and salaries, we can do the miracle.


	We went up to the Moon, we communicate with perfect computers, there is no reason for our societies to be those atrocities that are today. The only act which is absolutely necessary to reverse our course is to open everywhere the Public Employment to the participation at TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT of citizens prepared for the role and eager to serve their peoples, through the introduction of an:

	European/national DEMOCRATIC PUBLIC EMPLOYMENTS

	Freeing the public sectors from those who (all over Europe) have life-long monopolized them, from the PREDATORS of our RES PUBLICAs, from the hoarders/bosses of our States, we will be able to develop blazing and fast public machines as well frugal in consumption. Not only the public and private economy will begin working regularly but our whole life will change radically without having to carry on our shoulders an army of haughty, cocky and overbearing TYRANTS no more only national but even SUPRANATIONAL!


	DISMISS on the SPOT the PUBLIC CAREERISTS is not a sin but a primary DEMOCRATIC DUTY.
	Do we want equality and welfare, do we want a unite, strong Europe?
	Very well: let us dismiss ALL public careerists and get it over with tyranny!
