Here you will find teh evidence that NSA at best considers that
information on Pirates are withheld as a matter of national security.
At worst classified as terrorists. Teh FOIA request was made by local
pirates in Germany.
What worries this pirate teh most is that as soon as a whole group,
like pirates, are classified under the Excec order, (mentioned in teh
comment section), intel agencies are allowed to use tools that are
really invasive. Please share this so that we a least understands teh
risks that we face.
