[pp.int.general] translation of Pirate MEP accomplisments - Spanish success

I could help with Italian and Portuguese (PT-BR) a bit if I'm feeling
better later on tonight.

I'm not very advanced in Portuguese, so the translation work I can do is
minimal at best.
