[pp.int.general] Mumble servers

Hi all!

Most of us are tending to use mumble servers for verbal communications.
Alas, I have not found a central page for collecting pirate servers.

I believe it will be helpful for those eager to talk to each other to have a
single page collecting our communication servers.
