congrats, yea!

this is a coalition for one of the bigger towns in bavaria/germany,
about 150k to 180k inhabitants (afaik). (according to wikipedia 9th
biggest town in bavaria, 56th biggest town in germany).

about german political coalitions:
the coalition signs a coalition treaty, and then it rules the town. this
works quite well here in germany, as the case of absolute majority
(>50%) is quite rare. germany itself is now ruled by a coaltion between
christdemocrates and socialdemocrats.
quite seldom there is a minority government, where the ruling
coaltion/party is tolerated by other parties.

contrary to berlin and other towns, where pirates also have seats in the
town-/country-/state-/whatever- parliament, this is the first time, when
the pirates are official member of the ruling coaltion in germany.

go tina go!

arrr, peter
