I have not seen any Argentinian doing any kind of effort in that sense for ages.

Have you seen no trolls?

well when this happens, you politely remind trolls they are trolls and they aren`t giving any logical reason, and that we only respond to reasons, not to insults. If the troll keep insulting you just ignore him/her. that`s the best way of dealing with trolls.
