[pp.int.general] Pirate Visions to improve the PPI

Hi Pirates,

as most of you are already aware the Pirate Times started a series of
articles to make us discuss the future of the pirate movement and where PPI
fits into this. The posts are based on prominent international pirates and
their personal view (not representing their organizations/parties).
