Dear PPI board,

as I was asked by Radek Pietron to write an email to the board, which
nationality I have due to SAP 4b, I hereby tell you:

My first nationality is german. I live and work in Duesseldorf, Germany.
And my only passport is german, too. I have the belgian nationality only
on paper, because I was born there. That's a belgian law.
