[pp.int.general] PPI new registration, bank account and PPI HQ

Apparently our board managed to move PPI to Switzerland and get a
working bank account. Good job!

Can we get some more detailed info about this? For example - I guess
it is now in some Swiss register - what is that register called? Maybe
it is even available on-line? Under what laws we are now? Is the
banking relationship established directly with PPI? Can we now remove
the PPI Headquarters from the statutes
(https://pp-international.net/about-ppi/statutes-of-ppi/) and dissolve
it?
