Please read carefully all the information before proceeding with the proposal of amendments. href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_Central#Versions_of_this_wiki_page_in_each_of_pirate_parties_web_sites">section</a> with links to version of Amendments Central in each pirate party web site -I suppose neither PPUS nor PPAU need it, as Amendments Central is written in English-<br>- a <a href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_structure">section</a> explaining how an amendment is structured -the parts that aims to modify; its contents; a discussion page; a label to indicate whether it's a blocking amendment or not; and a label for the responsible of the Amendments Central to indicate whether the amendment is a valid, merged or annulled one-<br>- a <a href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_Rules">section</a> with rules to propose amendments; some were agreed at First Draft's 3rd session -to specify how each party is going to propose amendments; the blocking amendment thing- and some
are inspired in PIRATA Statute amendment procedure -merging amendments that affect the same amendment, requiring amendments aimed to modify the same paragraph to actually have differences between them, etc-<br>- a <a href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_Voting_Rules">section</a> with rules for voting amendments, agreed at First Draft's 3rd session<br>- a <a href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_Eligible_Voters">section</a> with the list of eligible voters -11, all minus Russian Piraten Partai (which failed to even brief about their stances)-<br>- and a <a href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_Central#Sample_Amendment">sample amendment</a><br><br>There will also be a <a href="http://int.piratenpartei.de/Pirate_Manifesto_Amendments_sorted_by_paragraph">page with amendments sorted by paragraph</a>, to know for a given part of the draft which amendments do aim to modify it.
