</div>No, he hasn't. The only thing he did was to ask someone to ask on our main<br>
mailinglist for opinions regarding the manifesto. Only one or two people<br>
responded and one of the answers was a recommendation not to vote at all. So<br>
I seriously doubt he will vote within the remaining time.<br>

To be fair, I have to mention that we don't even have a system for internal<br>
ballots which is one of our main problems when it comes to making decisions.<br>
