I mean, as far as I know, there are several types of representatives, mainly two of
them:<br><br>- the spokesman: others (maybe including himself) decide, he transmit the joint decision<br>- the plenipotentiary: he himself makes the decision<br><br>What kind of representative is Jens? I just want to be sure regarding PPDE votes that won't be denied, or disallowed, or put under controversy -as previously happened with Helmut's (including the controversy regarding Third Amendment)-; simply that, as you say that no internal voting was held and that the voting choices were totally his.
