I want to remark something that may have been forgotten: <b>sovereignty
lays in the people, not in the governments, nor in the parliaments</b>.
Thus, the ones who have to decide things are the citizens:<br>
<br>
- is not the parliament who decides the new legal framework, but the
people; the parliament just does it -MPs may decide on technical issues
(i.e., observing rule of law to apply changes), but not on the changes-<br>
- is not the government who decides what to do, but the people; the
government just does it -again, governments may decide on technical
issues (i.e., the most efficient tools to achieve it, again observing
rule of law), but not on the scheduled tasks-.<br>

I think it would be better to never forget this; otherwise, I believe
we wouldn't be making things different than traditional politicians.
