<div>The essence is that one can not take away a right from someone
that represents a (monetary) value (well, there are exceptions, such as
taxes and fines, see art. 1 of the first protocol to the ECHR). And I
repeat: the European Court of Human Rights can enforce the ECHR. All
Council of Europe member states participate, even Russia. Only Belarus
does not participate - perhaps you could cooperate with president
Lukachenko?<br>

One can disagree with a legal framework while aiming to change it <b>and
observing it</b> -even to change it-. Are you still going to compare
Lukachenko with people who criticize the current EU legal framework? Or
you'll keep such comparison to be used only with those who not observe
the legal framework -<b>even if you use it with people who doesn't
observe current legal framework, the comparison would be too bold</b>
(would require, in my opinion, additional features like lack of
democracy, prosecution of dissidents with menaces like "<i>we will
wring their necks, as one might a duck</i>", etc)-?<br>
<br>
I want to know it, just to know if you include me in such peculiar
comparison or not -just to know whether become alarmed by it or not-.<br>
