True. However, as the very 1889 Spanish Civil Law considers the <i>c

word</i> as a special kind of property, I think that the broader

definition that WIPO uses comes from there -by extension-. You always

said it, RMS: we better don't abandon the language battle, otherwise

we'll find ourselves stumbling on the odds to achieve our goals. Regards
