There exist differences if, e.g., you want to treat post-change
commercial rights as property. I think pirate parties don't -commercial
rights exist, though they can be redefined -e.g., making them
untransferable and not heritable-; however, you reject all debate about
that issue and deny any chance to do it, <b>even being legal for new
