I have already pasted it to you:
<blockquote cite="mid:132F82087C4B408DB237D1A2F834B1A3@RBB2008"
type="cite">
<blockquote
style="border-left: 2px solid rgb(0, 0, 255); padding-right: 0px; padding-left: 5px; margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 0px;">"<i>The
author of a literary, scientific or artistic work, has the right to
exploit and have the use of it at his will"</i><br>
</blockquote>
</blockquote>
Such definition doesn't depend on author's rights law, so it's not
enough chaning Royal Decree 1/1996; Civil Law also needs to be changed.<br>
<br>
About the rights associated, they are simmilar to the EU framework, as
Spanish modern (not 1879; we were talking about IP history) author's
rights law implements 2001/29/EC and other related EU Directives -thus
there are high resemblances between countries legal frameworks, as well
as notorious differences, concerning associated rights-.<br>
