A swedish court has convicted four people in charge of The Pirate Bay of grant-in-aid serious copyright violation and judged to a year in prison as well as amends about 2,75 million Euro. That amends will be benefit to the Movie- and Music-Industry. </blockquote>

Now there are serious reproofs against the judge in this process: reports of the swedish Newsprogram Sverige Radio are saying that the judge is a member of lobby-associations to protect the copyright in which representatives of the entertainment industry are enlisted as well. Swedish rightexperts are seeing a conflict of interests which is causing a retrial. The lawyers of Pirate Bay have to move for that instantly. In a first reaction of this report the carrier of the Pirate Bay demands to decline the judgement. </blockquote>

The judge itself hasn't disclaimed to be a member of a lobby-association. But he rejected them the reproofs: "In my opinion these activities were no conflicts of interests at all", he said to a radio.</blockquote>
