You can follow the results for all the 27 memberstats on www.val2009-resultat.eu (but I don't think the language of the site will be in english). The site will be activated on Sunday at 6 pm. The first swedish results will be presented at 10 pm.
Has every party started their press releases?
It might sound a little like 'climbing on the back' of the hard work of
both Piratpartiet and piratenpartei, but please, don't take it as suhc.

This will, we hope, give press and impetus to parties everywhere, and we
need to capitalize on it. We need to have releases ready to go, not just
for the international media, but to give local media a place to look for
local voices, and more importantly, to give editors and journalists
maximum opportunity to write stories, by giving them multiple angles,
and also trying to cover things in local languages. While The Times, or
Le Monde can give their 'pirates hit Brussels' stories, the Podunk
Gazzette, or Daily Smalltown can talk about their local parties, and how
their issues hope to get a wider view, which gets more people interested
etc.

There are 4 realistic outcomes:
Germany and Sweden win seats
Germany wins seats but Sweden doesn't
Sweden wins and Germany doesn't
Neither Germany or Sweden wins seats.

So, we need to have 4 separate press releases ready to go. Ideally these
should be done by Saturday night.

I'm open to direction from both the Swedish and German teams on the
focus of the releases, but I'd suggest a broad address of all 3 main
pillars of the pirate creed, without being overly specific.

If anyone wants any help, I'll be around (I hope) tomorrow and all
weekend, and as always, in #ppi on IRC.
