Let us be honest. If any of the Pirate parties tried to develop a
complete economic policy, it would be no better than that of the
Greens. <br>

I like to say that the Pirate Party is a "<b>free, open and
collaborative party</b>" (FOC). I think it's a very strong point of
pirate parties, and its can open a wide horizont of possibilities. You
have to work hard in order to attract people with this type of mind.<br>

The Greens have an interest in our policies because they are
opportunists, jumping on a popular bandwagon. We avoid commenting on
their policies because we focus on the issues we really care about.
Which makes for the more appealing politician to a cynical voter - the
opportunist who chases popularity, or the dedicated and passionate
individual who only pursues the reforms he really cares about? That is
why the world needs Pirate Parties - and doesn't need Green promises to
represent pirate interests.

I agree. In Germany, when the participated of the government, they have
changed the discourse in order to got access to public budget and jobs.
They are "pacifists" but they gave support to NATO intervention in
Kosovo. In Brazil, they give support for corrupt politicians in change
of get more power - and access to public budget. <br>
<br>
In some issues, I think we can work with the greens (as well as with
other parties, in a pragmatic view), but we are really very very
different. <br>

All the best,<br>
