Just one minor addition: this particular case is tricky since the UMP<br>
candidate has stated on various occasions that he is against the<br>
Hadopi law (though he never had the courage to actually *vote* against<br>
it ;-).<br>

Which is why we cannot endorse either of the two remaining candidates.<br>
While we're clearly not Sarkozy-friendly, we still too young a<br>
movement to afford being mixed up with other parties<br>
(green/pink/whatever their color).<br>
