Reading through that, I'd be quite interested in getting a transcript
of David Lammy's speech (I have found snippets so far) - he seems to
have emerged as one of the few members of the Labour hierarchy that
seems to understand the internet. It was, perhaps, a shame that when
his department was merged with BIS, he ended up being effectively
demoted and placed under Mandelson.<br>

I guess PPUK needs to gain a bit more notoriety and then maybe we'll
start getting invited to things like this as well... I can't speak for
the leadership, but I had no idea this was even happening until I saw
the BBC article on Mandelson's speech.<br>
