Is it? What defines a Pirate Party? We can only speculate, because we actually don't have a common document signed by all Pirate Parties defining what is that all Pirate Parties have in common. <br><br>In fact, once upon a time many Pirate Parties tried to create such a document, but the idea was finally dismissed (mostly because the pressure of the Swedish Pirate Party).<br>
