take place at EU Parliament. <BR>The tour is scheduled for 14:00 pm but please
at least 30 moinutes before to register. <BR><BR>The meeting point is in
the C wing of Paul-Henri SPAAK. <BR><BR>EU Parliament
<BR>Rue Wiertz 60 <BR>1047 Ixelles <BR><BR>Take
the bus 21, 22, 27, 54, 34, 38, 60, 80, 95 or 96 and get off at Place du
Luxembourg, then continue on foot.
<STRONG><BR><BR>Note that the "Buxelles-Luxembourg" railway station is right in
front of the European parliament building. Arriving from the north, change at
Bruxelles Nord (Brussel noord), and (somehow counterintuitively) go north again
(the track makes a wide curve to the east, and then to the south). Beware to
take the <EM>second</EM> station (the first is Bruxelles-Schuman). Which
takes 12 to 13 minutes. The station is on the track to Luxemburg (the
coutry), so the connection is particularly easy for people coming from
