<p>Paris airports will probably be closed too (but perhaps you should verify this information).</p>
<p>In case of landing in paris, you have to go to the rail station : Gare du Nord (RER B and D, metro 4 or 5) and take a Thalis (High speed train) to Brussels that cost around 80€ / travel (but sometimes you can have lower price).</p>
