I'd suggest holding the next conference in the Americas. I know this
will likely be opposed by many, but the next one will hopefully focus
on tidying up the statutes and appointing new members - if properly
organised, remote participation should be enough.<br>

The current times were pretty exclusionary as well. at GMT+10, you were<br>
looking at starting around 6pm(9am) and ending at what, 3am (7pm)? not<br>
THAT bad, but not that great either.<br>
