"Bulgaria stand first in the list of Internet piracy among EU countries,
announced at news conference at the Ministry of the interior Regional
Director for Europe at the International Federation of the Phonographic
Industry (IFPI ) Frances Moor. The Bulgarian Interior Ministry, the
Business Software Association and IFPI signed a Memorandum of
Understanding and Cooperation for Countering Intellectual Piracy in
Bulgaria. For the Bulgarian side the document was signed by Interior
Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov. Georg Hernleben, European Director of the
Business Software Association said at the ceremony that over 60% of
