But the thing is that he is right. You cannot own a thought or idea, as it's not a physical construction, and when you spread your own idea/thought the other people own it as much as you do. Music, books and movies now work this way too.<br>

I wonder how often you are going to repeat that phrase. I get the impression you use it most often when looking for a reason to reject yet another organization or declaration which does not conform with your views to 100%, no matter how reasonable.<br>
