In october is the legislative elections in Brazil and the legislative is running several law projects to control internet: Proposes to regulates logs and the responsability of ISPs, avoid anonimity on blogs, criminalization of common pratices on the Internet (implementing genebra's cybercrime convention), proposes to avoid consumer's rights on the internet to only benefit banks and more legislation bullshit on pedophilia.<br><br>* PL 89/2003: Implement genebra's cybercimes convention, criminalization of common pratices like

The same member of Senate, this time with another one and 4 more members of Deputies Chamber, organise a "public consultation" with specialy elected guests and announce a step back from a law to a Code for Conduit in Internet, which will not be a law but will still be compulsory. PP Romania wrote one article and an open letter, sent it to all those involved and publish it on own website and Facebook. Others are also having the same opinion.<br>
