<font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><br></font></div></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Furthermore they justify a 'private copying levy’ for private persons buying CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R and MP3 devices etc. since they can presume to use the devices to copy protected work and thereby cause harm to the author. </font></div>
